How it works
Secure video. No app to install.
Sessions run on a secure video platform. You receive a confirmation email with a link the moment you book. The link is the same for every session. You join from any modern browser; no app to install.
You need a device with a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, private space where you can speak openly for 50 minutes. A laptop or desktop is preferable to a phone, but a phone is workable if that is all you have.
Why online suits the work
Evidence-based. Consistent. Practical.
Online sessions remove the practical barriers that usually get in the way: travel time, scheduling around clinic hours, geography. For the conditions Henry sees most often (complex pain, fatigue, sleep, anxiety), the evidence base for CBT delivered online is well established.
Removing the practical barrier of travel often supports more consistent attendance, and lets the work fit around a demanding schedule rather than the other way around.
Privacy
Your information stays private.
The video sessions are encrypted in transit. Sessions are not recorded as a default. The clinical record is governed by the Privacy Policy and by Henry's professional obligations as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and member of the BABCP.
Direct booking
No platform between us.
Booking is direct from this site, straight into Henry's own diary. No matching algorithm, no intake bot, and no third party between you and the work.
